Dr. William Katsur

I, and members of my large family, have been going to Dr. Bill Katsur for decades. In addition to routine cleanings, I personally have had root canals, multiple crowns and bridges and other professional services provided by Dr. Katsur. In all respects his professional services have been excellent and he has always been prompt in responding to calls and scheduling appointments. It appears that some others who have offered reviews confused Dr. Bill Katsur with Katsur Dental with which Dr. Bill Katsur has no affiliation. For example, one review comments about a poor experience at the "Westview office." That's Katsur Dental which has a number of offices. For many years, Dr. Bill Katsur's only office has been on McMurray Rd. in Upper St. Clair. I have been going to that office for many years.

Dr. Bill Katsur is an excellent dentist. I have had appointments from cleanings to crowns when needed over the years. He is one of the best dentists in the area.

My husband was in the West View office some time ago. The office staff were aloof and didn't seem to care about the patients or their jobs. I have been trying to get in touch with the office to set up an appointment to have a tooth pulled, which Dr Katsur told him needed to be pulled. Not only did it take weeks to get a call back, because it is ALWAYS the answering service and NEVER the office answering the phones, when someone finally called back to set up an appointment and I was not able to answer my phone... I've been waiting for almost 3 hours to set up an URGENT appointment! VERY unhappy with this office. Dr Kaysur himself was okay, the staff is just rude, uncaring and unresponsive!
