Dr. William J Keating, MD

Dr Keating prescribed a medication for me to start taking. Never told me about any side effects this medication causes. If I had known how bad the side effects were I wouldn’t have taken it. He started me on a high dose and within 1 month raised the dose higher without blood work. I trusted him as he was my doctor, especially since he had been my doctor and my wife’s doctor for several years. When I went back after the first month I had been on the medication prescribed, he made an inappropriate comment to me about my wife and myself, then later on I found out that he made the same inappropriate comment to my wife. It had made her uncomfortable, but she was afraid to tell me when he made the comment to her because she was afraid I might do something. Not only did he talk about me being a patient to her without me giving permission or even knowing, which I thought was wrong of a doctor, but the comment was inappropriate to be asked by a doctor to a patient. I started having bad side… effects after taking the medication for several months. I talked to Dr Keating on an appointment and begged for help. He told me no he was not going to change anything. I was never informed about any labs being high, or asked if I was having any side effects from the medication. I immediately called another doctors group and set up an appointment. I’ve been having to take several prescriptions to get the levels that went through the roof, to try to get them back down to normal. After several months my labs are finally coming down. There were side effects I had from the medication that were awful and still having to deal with some problems from this mess.

3+ years as a patient. Staff is insanely rude and dismissive as of late with zero accountability or explanations for their actions. Not able to speak with anyone who can answer my questions.

First off, every time anyone in my family comes to this office, we wait minimum 1 hour passed our appointment time to be seen. Many times over 1.5 hours. The billing is done incorrectly about 80% of the time and I have to call over and over to get it corrected. The front desk lady who also does the bills is very rude and not helpful. I was told more than once I needed to sort my billing issues out with whoever coded them wrong instead of her taking the initiative to correct the problems. I will be leaving Dr Keating sadly just due to the other issues we always experience.

The staff is rude, will not call in prescriptions in a timely manner and have been rude to a lady who owns a company who is an Rx provider. When sending in a faxed prescription for me they did not write down their doctor's number and forgot to fill in information. I have waited months to get on new medications for diabetes. My previous Doctor's staff was the same, dropping the ball when asking for specific things. I have been a very successful businessman and pay attention to details. Maybe Doctors should take a course in how to run a business. The Doctors at this practice are excellent I highly recommend them. Maybe this is common for the staff at doctor's offices.

Dr Keating goes above and beyond to provide the best treatment possible. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good family practitioner!!

I was in there for 30 minutes and doc gave me what I wanted and I get home and out like a light don't know nothing....Which could be dangerous to my health and my life and would never know if I was robbed by an burgler cause That medication really really knock you out ...Thanks!!! Doc

I will never walk in the office and I will never recommend it to my colleagues and friends.

Love the doctor , but I am not willing to wait an hour +. Some patients are givin preferential treatment.

This doctor kept a full diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes from my wife and I for about 2 year. He kept calling it Pre-Diabetes when talking to us, but after seeing our charts we saw that it was truly full blown diabetes and had been present for 2 years.Furthermore, I personally had complained about constantly being tired for several years. He never did anything. Then one day I visit his nurse practitioner and she is the one who suggested I might have sleep apnea. Sure enough after testing, I did have sleep apnea. I am now recovering and beginning to feel much more energetic through the day not that I am sleeping better.

I had the flu made an appt with the only dr on staff dr Taylor and my appt was for 12:45 she sat in the room next to me for an hr chit chatting with a patient while I was sick very bad service didn't apologize and I am appalled- will never recommend again or return - u do not care for ur patients properly.
