Dr. William Francis Keenan JR., MD

I had him as a doctor for me and my children ( he delivered 3 out of 7of them) until we left Pa in 2005. He was AWESOME. He was always so patient and went over everything until I understood it. He was the one that told me to have my son tested for ADHD because of what he observed during a visit for my daughter . I was always able to get a hold of him and he always returned my calls. He is one of the things I miss from Pa because I haven’t had a decent doctor since then.. He will always be #1 in my book.

Dr.Keenan has provided exceptional care and expertise while treating my husband for melanoma. Unfortunately, he was mismanaged by a previous doctor who did not perform a proper biopsy on a suspicious mole. As a result, it was very hard to stage his melanoma because the depth was unable to be determined. Dr.Keenan went above and beyond sending additional biopsies to a world renown pathologist to ensure he was cancer free. He continues to follow him closely and we know we are in great hands. His bedside manner and dedication to helping his patients receive the best care is such an incredible added bonus. My kids and I will be forever grateful to Dr.Keenan for the quality of life and health my husband gets to enjoy now.

When employed at Lyc. Co. prison, this Dr.(?), delayed, and denied my treatment for severe bacterial infections three times. The last where he took a ten day antibiotic medication from me that was prescribed by another physician to the point where, blood was dripping from my urethra. I was passing blood red and black in my stools. My eyes were yellow and blood shot. Lesions were clumpted in my hair and on my skin. And now my eye sight and s like looking through a brillo pad from the scarring. The last time when I was taken to the hospital he is now employed, the physician who seen me asked, what was he taking for the infection he now has, and when told, an order for 90 days of the antibiotic he took me off of was given.
