Dr. William Mark Kelley, MD

I'm actually shocked by the negative reviews on here. I've seen Dr. Kelley a few times now, and while we haven't found any solid answers for my symptoms yet, I can say that I've never had a doctor work so hard to help me before. Yes, I have to wait months between appointments, but when I do see him, he is respectful, knowledgeable, and very thorough. On my first appointment with him, he pretty much had my entire medical chart memorized. He caught abnormal results from past tests that my other doctors completely missed. He knows about a rare genetic condition that runs in my family even though it's not his specialty. I've had some terrible experiences with doctors dismissing my symptoms or blaming all my pain on mental health, but he is not one of them.

This guy's ego is larger than his actual skill set. He also signifcantly and seriously botched my procedure and no words can explain how unprofessional, incompetent, rude, egotistical, and zero bedside manner he has. Do NOT see him. Look up ABCRS and find a certified doctor. I have never written a review like this but this doctor needs to be removed from practice.

This guy is a loser in every way. He never called and my chart is still incomplete. I should have read reviews before. The procedure was botched and they had to call in a second anesthesiologist to put me under enough to endure the pain. I would never use Dr. Kelley again.

This is a person, masquerading as a doctor. I have Gastroparesis, this person new nothing about Gastroparesis. Told him my complete intestinal track was Inflamed, while I was talking he pulled out his phone and was either trying to look something up on the internet, or he was answering a text. Didn't listen to a word I was saying. Told him I was sick every day. He was harping about a blood test I had 2 years ago, which had nothing to do with why I was there. He pulled out a box of sample meds; I asked him if that would reduce my intestinal inflammation and he said NO. He said, 'I do not prescribe anti-inflammatories...' I got up and left, letting him know he was an idiot. His parting works were 'wish you luck in finding a doctor...' Meaning to me, that he is not a real doctor. Only go here if you do not value your life. Oh, and the building does stink like people are peeing in the corners on a daily basis. The stench is overwhelming. When you are already sick; this makes… it hard not to vomit.

Their office staff is rude and can’t seem to get any information in a Timely manner. We waited two weeks and kept calling and calling to get information on an appt that should have been given to us at the time of the appt.

Awful doctor as the last review said he is completely unresponsive and pushes his work off to his medical assistants or other staff who are equally bad. Very unfortunate because his credentials seem impressive. But don't be fooled and please see another gastro doctor if you want to avoid more stress and anguish which is terrible when you are already sick.

07-26-2017 not able to find him. 10 Coburg Rd Eugene office was closed down. Long time ago. Where is he? Someone said he moved to Calif. somewhere.

I had colonoscopy and endoscopy, was diagnosed but never treated. No follow up at all, I had to call their office 5 times after my procedure to see what my treatment was going to be,after 5 phone calls to there office and getting the runaround by the staff, I had to call my general MD to get my medical records from dr Kelley. Dr Kelley never called me, never followed up, and never treated me. But he sure sent me a huge bill and sent it to collections very fast, I have still not been treated and have been living with my condition, I am currently getting ready to see another doctor. I agree with the first review, and if I had the money I would probably be suing dr Kelley. Due not use this guy, he does not care about his patients like his mission statement says, he cares only for your money.
