Dr. William Ko

Only on my first visit, I observe and listen carefully. A Dr, interested in his patient, explains in details regardless of how long it takes to do so, as this is not very common today. I'm so grateful to Dr. Ko

Dr. Ko has been my doctor for over 5 years. He is exceptional , professional, and truly caring and concerned about the health of his patients. He is wonderful and it is difficult to find someone like him in the medical profession today. You are lucky if you have him as your doctor.

Dr. Ko epitomizes the doctor that you want caring for you. He is concerned, caring , professional, genuine, and an expert. He puts the patient at ease, and understands the patient. He takes the time to explain your concerns. It is difficult to find a doctor like Dr. Ko. He is highly recommended and helped me through a very difficult time.He is now in New Jersey and that is great!

Dr. Ko is the very best doctor you could ever ask for. However, the front desk staff needs to be more professional and pay close attention to what they are doing. Perhaps they need to have lessons on how to connect with the patients and how to handle billing and filling out the forms so that the patients who have to pay "upfront" because this office is out of network, needs to learn what to do and to be careful, since each time I have gone to see Dr. Ko, they have not gotten the billing correct yet. They do know how to run your credit card and take full payment.
