Dr. William Joseph Kowal, MD

Most of the nurses are rude. I went here for five years and was discharged for having a disagreement with another Doctor. I wasn't belligerent to her and apologized afterwards. A few days later I was discharged because of that. I never had a problem before. Dr. Kowal refused to talk to me. Refused my refills and now withdrawals kicking in. All because I wanted to see a ENT first instead of a test she thought I should take, which would've been an ENT's job. They know my situation.

Became his patient upon his arrival to 1444. Grateful for his listening skills, professional, thorough and allow patient to participate in his care. Encourage healthy wellness to improve health. PS: Has had office call to check on me during a couple of crisis episodes.

Great Doctor for about twenty years

I have been seeing Dr. Kowal for about 10 years. He listens attentively and does not rush me. He is very knowledgeable and I feel confident in his diagnosis and treatment. I feel like Dr. Kowal really cares about me as a patient and a person and that is very important to me. Dr. Kowal has a good heart. I like his sweet and down to earth manner. I've recommended him to several people and they really like him too. Dr. Kowal has it all!

I tried to become a new patient for Dr. Kowal.. I was on hold for 11 minutes..When the receptionist finally answered she was so rude. It was the worst customer service I have ever received in a long time... I was going to switch my entire family until this.. Now I will look else where.

Dr. Kowal has been my doctor for 12 years. I have found him to be professional, caring, compassionate, and well-informed in the area of auto-immune issues and their side-effects. He takes the time to really listen to my concerns, my research on my medical conditions and takes the time to explain how a medication or therapy works.

Dr Kowal has been my dr. For 11 years. I first met him at St. Peter's after a failing heart condition. He has been my pcp ever since, I trust no one but him with my health. Dr. Kowal only refers the best when I'm in need of a specialist and I trust his judgement. I was close to death with my heart problem and I owe my life to him.
