Dr. William J Kowalski, DMD

I did have to wait for a bit, but that's expected. I was very pleased with Dr Kowalski, who was extremely friendly, very concerned with my pain level (which was minimal while there) and explained everything very thoroughly. Nice to have a Dr who talks to you throughout your procedure and keeps your stress level down. Nice staff as well.

The receptionist lied about the cost of my treatments then waited until after my appointment to inform me the cost would be 400.00 more. She was very rude and unprofessional and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome! He was very concerned about my pain tolerance which is zero! He made sure I had absolutely no pain after the numbing. Root canals are no longer a fear of mine thanks to Dr. Kowalski.

First of all, I agree with the woman who complained the the front desk was rude, thats number one complaint, and the Doctor is totally out of sync. He refused to treat me because we did not have a connection. Unbelievable.

I have seen Dr. Kowalski on several occasions and had nothing but a good experience. Dr. Kowalski goes above and beyond to make sure his patients needs are met. I would highly recommend Dr. Kowalski to all my family and friends.

I phoned on a Friday morning and left a message about an emergency appointment. The dentist I work for gave me his name. I did not get a return call, so I phoned after opening hours. I asked if there was any way he could evaluate a tooth for my husband and was told no. I explained it was a true emergency and how much pain he was having. No sympathy at all. I work for a dentist and we would never treat anyone this way. I can tell you one thing for sure; we will NEVER refer anyone to this office. The receptionist told me to go to an oral surgeon. I know dentistry. I have been in it for 20 years. I don't want him to lose a tooth that may be able to be saved. I very well may need to take him to an oral surgeon, but that is not a receptionist's call to make. Very disappointed!
