As an administrator, my job is to make sure all our patients get the best possible care from a system that remains focused on simplicity, efficiency and professionalism.
Emergency medicine is tough, and we are called to be the calm in the storm. It is challenging, exciting, chaotic, at times heartbreaking, at other times immeasurably rewarding. To be able to build trust, deliver quality care and serve all people at all times is truly a privilege.
