Very sad to hear about his departure from Holy Family. He was my OB/GYN for (close to) 8 years. Always made myself and my husband comfortable (when he came to appointments with me). The past reviews about his “unprofessionalism” — sorry, I would rather have a laid back doctor than one with no personality. He was always easy to talk to about issues or concerns with both of my pregnancies. I looked forward to my yearly paps and my pregnancy checkups. Hope he will be at a new establishment soon!

Dr Leach is a wonderful OB/GYN. I was able to see him for 2 of my 3 pregnancies. My husband was very hesitant about me having a male doctor but when we came to my first appointment with him, he totally won him over. He made my husband a part of our appointments by asking him if he had any questions about anything and just normal small talk football, music, anything, my husband really appreciated this. My first pregnancy was quite a surprise for us, Dr. Leach spent a lot of time with us answering all of our questions. During our appointments he made us feel like more then just his patients. He always asked about our other children, how everyone was doing, plans we had. We really appreciated that he took time out of his busy day to really get to know me and my family. He was also so wonderful with my delivery. My baby boy was a little stubborn so I had to be induced. My biggest fear was that I would end up with a C-Section. He went through great lengths to explain all my options and the… risks involved. He did not rush me into any decisions. Because of Dr. Leach and his expertise and encouragement I was able to have a natural delivery. He was so calm and reassuring throughout my delivery. I recommend Dr. Leach to all my friends and family because I want them to have the best experience just like I had.

I had chose Dr. Leach as my ob/gyn because of hearing such great things about him. Our first couple of visits with him were good, but I was never given any information on birthing classes, breastfeeding, or other first time mom information. He would come into the appointments and spend about 15 minutes with us and leave. I recently received a phone about a birthing class that I could take 3 weeks after my due date and told that he never entered my due date into their system so I was never informed about the class. We recently found out he was leaving Holy Family and since then he has been extremely unprofessional, he would come into appointments and tell us random stories dropping cuss words left and right, do his checks and leave. I'm now currently 39 weeks pregnant and went to a doctor's appointment earlier this week and was called back the next day because he forgot to do an ultrasound to check if my baby was still breach, so I had to go back for the ultrasound. I feel so completely… overwhelmed and undereducated about delivering this baby and he has made my first pregnancy an absolute nightmare for my husband and I. I pray every night that my sweet baby doesn't come until he is gone from Holy Family so that I know that she will have someone who cares delivering her.
