It took me 8 months to get an upper denture plate made and fitted. I had to go to another denture place (Aspen Dental of Pineville, NC to be able to get a denture made before my cruise in March 2025. I had it within 3 weeks before my cruise. I did not get the plate with Dr Linger until June 2025! I started in October 2024, trying to get this denture before Christmas. It was a terrible 8-month experience. They said it was the lab messing up, but they represent your business. If they are doing work like this, taking this long to get one plate made correctly, I think you need to look at switching labs. There were also unethical business practices such as taking money away from a whitening I paid for and no one communicated ANYTHING to me, that I owed anything, or that they were doing this and that I would need to pay, etc., until it came time for scheduling the whitening and they tell me I have no money for the whitening I will need to pay $550. What! I paid for the whitening with Shanna.… However, if any of this had been communicated with me, I would have knew and I paid for everything else, I would have paid anything I owe, but the way they did it with no communication to me about anything when Shanna knew I paid her for the whitening and they took it and applied it to a botched filling. No receipt, no communication or anything, NOT ONE WORD. Crazy experience! Too much to write everything about this 8-month long experience. An unsuspecting staff person told me it was happening to another patient, having to have his denture remade. I had another one made at Aspen Dental for the cruise. It was made well; I was tired dealing with Dr. Linger office, I took the last one they gave me but I'm wearing the Aspen Dental plate right now.
