Dr. William James Lipham, MD

The consult went so fast I wasn’t able to ask any questions. Dr Lipham called off measurements to his colleague, told me to come back in three years. Then he was gone. I was unable to ask questions. He made me feel like I was trying to dupe the system and I was in his presence for less than 5 minutes. Bed side manner needs work! The rest of the staff was great. I think they are understaffed. Long lines, everyone seemed stressed.

Dr Linham is very thorough and reassuring. My eye surgery and recovery went very well!

I went in for a consultation. The waiting room was packed but the staff moved everyone along. At my visit the doctor was professional and gave good explanations.

The front desk people were kind and efficient. The person who checked me in (getting medical history, etc.) was a little condescending—I did not feel I was being listened to. Dr. Lipham's nurse, like the women at the front desk, was also kind and efficient. Dr. Lipham was clearly very knowledgeable but also abrupt. To agree with another reviewer, I felt like an item on a list to be quickly checked off. However, I did get an answer about my condition.

The person checking me in was rude, abrupt and not helpful. She is the reason for the low rating. The actual visit with the medical staff and Dr Lipham went well.

I did not enjoy my experience here as his professionalism was lacking. His demeanor towards me and the issue I was being seen for was not presented in a very considerate or sensitive manner. After introducing himself he immediately suggested that I wear make up to cover my blemishes instead of taking a more sensitive approach my asking me what my concerns were. I did appreciate that he was direct in telling me that complete surgical removal was not an option for my condition as it would lead to more noticeable scarring than what I have currently. I would not return again to see this doctor based solely on the fact that he lacked a lot of professional etiquette in his client consultation.

Haven’t had the chance to see the doctor because the staff in the front table were just horrible. The demeanor in which they spoke in was awful, that I honestly just had to walk out without seeing the doctor.

A busy location! Visit with physician assistant to provide my details certainly expedited actual physician interaction. Doctor was very proficient and methodically explained my condition and steps forward for resolution. Bravo!
