Dr. William Andrew Liss, MD

I've seen Dr. Liss a few times and was very happy with his treatment. He's direct and takes care of the problem. I leave the office feeling good about his expertise and the feeling that he cares about the patient.

Dismissive and abrupt. His touch even conveys an edge of frustration.

VERY BRIGHT DOCTOR. KNOWS DERMATOLOGICAL PROBLEMS EXPERTLY. IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR SKIN THIS IS THE DOCTOR YOU NEED.

I personally wrote to Dr. Liss with another letter to the Dept. Mgr. Kim Rusch. Neither responded. Skin care at this facility is about making money I feel. I do have to say the Seborrheic Keratoses have cleared which is a good thing. I still feel the treatment should be medical not cosmetic. I paid $370.00 for a quick liquid nitrogen spray. Service does not compare with Kaiser's other excellent services.

I arrived late due to our son being sick which delayed us, and he took me anyway.

There is no excuse for this man's rude and unhelpful behavior.Yet another useless Kaiser P. employee. Dr. Liss's communicative powers leave a lot to be desired unless you really enjoy grunting and snorting that pass for answers to reasonable questions.Very rude, very unhelpful.Definitely not recommended.
