the lst time i had benn seen by a doctor has been well of a year i went to him because i has been having chest pains he took grat care of me in a matter of minutes i thank him for his quick respons to my health concerns.

The Family Doctor's is the worst place to go for your primary care! I have seen every associate, because my own doctor was nearly impossible to get an appointment with in a timely manner! Dr. Long is the worst of the doctor's available at this particular patient mill practice. Their goal is to see about 8-12 patients per hour. To his credit I received over 5 minutes of his attention. I would bet that he either had a liquid lunch or stayed out all night, if you know what I mean! I went in for Excessive Daytime Sleepiness (EDS), but he diagnosed that I was there for a virus and gave 2 weeks off before return to work. When I returned in 2 weeks my own doctor gave me another month off, but she let Dr. Long complete my Short Term Diability paperwork, another disaster. Then The Family Doctor's Lapalco refused to accept FAX's, failed to complete/return Attending Physicians Statement of Functionality, refused to send records until requested on their form, charged for records, and… finally let poor dumb Dr. Long explain to the STD Insurrance Nurse that he had never seen me show any sign of ESD! I have years of documentation in my medical record, and because of Dr. Long not ever bothering to check me records which were right in front of him, I was denied $751 a week in benifits. To date this amounts to over $10,000 and I am having to appeal their decission or latter to sue for badfaith, all because of this incompetant doctor. Dr. Long is a likable idiot, but NOT a good doctor!
