Went to see him for my second visit and at visit everything was okay but he never put in for my medicine refill and had to call three different times and nurses was rude and days after my medicine was suppose to be refilled and never got refilled and nurse has not been back in contact and nothing has been fixed so in process of looking for new dr bc nurse got rude with me on phone and left problem unfixed and haven't heard from anyone since

Could care less how you really feel. Absolutely does not understand medicine . Has no bedside manner or a clue that a patient has to have a feeling of feeling safe with their Dr. decision. Do not go to him if you want a Dr that cares.

I had used this doctor a while ago. The office was very poorly run. They did not give you your test results in a timely manner. Or return your phone calls. The doctor did not seem to care about me as a person . I now use a different doctor and office and am much happier.

To put things kindly, Doctor Long's office and staff is so incompetent it makes no difference what kind of doctor he is -- you will get no help with chronic health concerns as they do not understand the concept of follow up appointments or understanding patient history, they will process things incorrectly through your insurance resulting in monumental bills for services that were less than satisfactory, they will not return your calls or speak to you if you go into the office, they will not give you your test results, but will absolutely bill your for said tests. As someone who has a myriad of health concerns and has seen many different doctors over the years, my experience with Doctor Long's office and staff has been the absolute worst. I never write reviews online, but I felt it necessary to comment on my experience with this office so perhaps others can avoid it at all costs.
