Dr. William Dean Lorenz, MD

My mother had an appointment in radiology with Dr. Lorenz at the hospital. We arrived early to allow for the check in process. The procedure was to begin at 10am. The staff let us know that he had been called and was leaving his office to come to hospital for my mom. He finally arrived almost 2.5 hours later, after multiple attempts of radiology staff to contact him (he stopped answering his phone and his office staff couldn't reach him either). He offered no apology or explanation, only his usual cocky and conceited arrogance. I asked him about changing my mother's pain medication delivery and he said he'd call the facility she lives in but here we are almost a month later and nothing has been done. We have another appointment soon and I almost dread it, however, what do we do???? In her condition and with her history, it's not like we can just get a new physician. We'd love to show up for her next appointment and see a huge smile and get a warm welcome!!!! :-)

I think I mAy have been his first Torticollis patient - Bit , he knows his medicine - great Dr.

Dr. Lorenz is the resident MD here at the Rehabilitation Center. I've been here for a little over two weeks receivin intensive rehab for broken leg, knee and spine pain. Dr. Lorenz has not missed a day of checking on me and I hignly respect him as a Physiatrist.
