Wrong everything. I never complain/whine but this doc needs a lot more training and office procedural organization--it is a MESS. Total hassles trying to get anything DONE. Maths g by! Do not trust this doc and go get another opinion if you want to LIVE. I will not go into details here. won't listen; wrong tests, gets angry EASY, Lawsuit material.

If Dr.Loui is your doctor, do yourself and everyone that loves you a huge favor and get a new doctor, or at least a second opinion. He does not care about his patients, as his callous remarks and below mediocre medical care clearly show. He was flat out wrong about my blood tests and refused to do follow up testing, instead suggesting that it was “time to give up.” If you’re ready to give up on life, then this is the doctor for you,. But if you still have any desire to live, please find yourself a better doctor.

Dr Loui was referred by a Mayo clinic out of state as he was a trained Mayo physician. A plan was set forth for treatment. Upon meeting with Dr Loui, the Mayo plans were discarded and he did his own thing. When questioned his reply was "if you don't like it go back to Mayo". On other occasions he stated "you've lived longer than some of my other patients". When asked for pain medicine, he prescribed a low dose, and after 3 times of asking, finally gave something effective. At one point he said the food being eaten was just a filler and should be focusing on protein. But when you are constantly losing weight, you should encourage them to eat anything they can. I don’t see the title of Nutritionist next to your name. He offered a “San Diego program” but never followed up to get considered, we had to do the calling. He DROPPED THE BALL! Dr Loui doesn't like to be questioned about treatments and doesn't give truthful explanations. He fluffs it up to keep you quiet because he… doesn't look at you as a person, but rather a number and wants to get you moved along. I would look for another Dr who cares about you and is willing to really look at what treatments can help.
