Dr. William Joshua Martin, MD

I showed up to Dr Martin office with positive ANA & list of symptoms. He was so kind listening to me & tested me for everything. My other specialist always ask me about him bc he left no question unanswered when he tested me for every possible test that could explain my autoimmune. He is one of my favorite doctors. I’m doing physiotherapy now & my autoimmune turned out to be Hoshimotos but still I feel better knowing if I breakdown he will take the time again to find out why. Thank you Dr Martin

Had the pleasure of having my first visit with Dr Martin a week ago. Made me feel extremely comfortable, explained everything in a way that I would understand and did a thorough exam, lab work up. His assistant Yolanda J. was extremely helpful in making sure I understood my referral appointments. Can’t say enough about the professionalism regarding the whole office staff, from the check-in to checkout. ??????????

The office and pharmacy pointed fingers at each other for over 3 weeks on who was dropping the ball for my husband's weekly medication. His joints have already started to return to their poor status as a result. He had this medication for almost 10 years. It's not like it's an Opiod or addictive. No compassion.

I saw Dr. Martin for my knees. He after 15 yrs. of Pain, he was the Only Dr. who drained my knees & injected them Perfectly. He invests Time on each patient & Calls to check on you in a few days. I'm Very Impressed & Recommend Him.

I have been suffering for almost a year with pain in continually getting worse . My blood tests were showing high inflammation and my health was deteriorating to the point that I could hardly even walk anymore. He had seen countless specialists and had a team of doctors working trying to figure out what was wrong with me. Dr. Martin is so thorough and so detail oriented and he took so much time and tested everything until he came up with an answer for me . sadly I don’t believe that it something that will ever completely healed but he has continually been compassionate about my state of being and made sure that I am on proper medication to keep me as comfortable as possible . I encourage anybody looking for a Doctor who is not just extremely knowledgeable but extremely kind and compassionate especially if your case is difficult because he doesn’t give up and he will keep going until he finds the answer! not just what I highly recommend Dr. Martin but I would highly recommend the… hole for the staff from the reception area to the nurses are equally as kind and caring ! My GP referred me to see Dr. Martin & I was given an appointment the next day. I arrived 15 minutes before myschejuled appointment time and wasn't waiting but about 5 minutes before I was called into the exam room. Dr. Martin listened to my list of symptoms, asking detailed questions, listening carefully to my responses. He and the staff I interacted with all have great "bedside" manner, and although I was in extreme pain at the time, he was very patient, and I felt as if my symptoms were taken seriously; I now have an urgent appointment with a Neurologist. I just wish getting in to see a doctor in the UCLA Neurology Department was this easy!

Does not help with other treatments such as pain or antibiotics, which are caused by the drugs he has prescribed.

terrible doctor. if you want quality care and a man who sticks to his word, run hes not the dr too see. he simply doesn't care about patients health or regard a shame to ucla

My first visit, he sat and talked and LISTENED to me for 45 minutes. A++

First of all, you can't get through to anyone because they put ypu on hold for more than 7 minutes. As to the Dr., he forgets to order the test you went in for, NEVER follows up, unavailable to obtain test results from him, has no recall of why he orders labs and again, THE PHONE SYSTEM AND PEOPLE ARE THE WORST.
