Dr. William Mitchell Mcafee, MD

Dr. McAfee is an excellent physician especially helping me manage my Type 2 Diabetis I have gone to Dr. Mac for more than 10 years. He has really helped me.

I spent almost twenty five years with you and didn't realize that you didn't care for me until recently. All I needed you to do was verify that you had treated me for GERD and arthritis. I did not need my complete medical history exposed. I must say I had pleasant times with your staff. Thanks for the good years. I do hope that racial prejudice was not a contributing factor.

I have been going to Dr. McAfee for many years and I have never seen him in a bad mood. He always takes the extra time to ask how you are on a personal level before jumping into what is truly wrong. I have never waited more than 10 minutes after signing in to an appointment and I have never had to wait more that one day to get in to see him when an emergency situation arises.I was so tired of feeling like Doctors didn't have time to talk to me and just wanted to give me some medicine and shove me out the door. I have never felt this way with Dr. McAfee. That is why I have been going to him for so many years. His staff are the best.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr McAfee for +/- 15 years now. He and his staff are very personable people and genuinely care about their patients. If he thinks you need to see a specialist he will ask you if you have a preferred doctor if not he will send you to one they use. I have always been pleased with the doctors he has refereed me to. I highly recommend Dr. McAfee and his staff.

Dr. McAffee is an excellent PCP. He stays current on best practices, he is uplifting, and takes the time needed for thoroughness. McAffee has a delightful personality and demonstrates caring concern. Dottie, one of the nurses is also very excellent and friendly. The office staff are very efficient and friendly. I am very pleased with the excellent service. What a team!
