Dr. William P McAllister, DDS

I had been going to this guy for 20 years. I trusted him completely and about six years ago, I got scammed big time! It was all over money. I was too stupid to get a second opinion because I trusted him and the office staff said that I didn't need one because he would never lead me in the wrong direction. I could tell you things that I have learned recently that even I'm not smart enough to make up. No need to worry now. He's out of business. I don't know how he sleeps at night. If I could rate him a minus 10, I certainly would. He sure doesn't deserve a one.

I paid the full price this doctor asked for. Later, my insurance company negotiated price him to a much lower amount. However, this doctor just keep the extra dollars in his own pocket until a year later my wife found this out from our old insurance receipt. When I asked the front desk of this doctor why they didn't return me the extra money. They told me they are keeping it in my account for future expense. I told them they have kept charging me on the later visit without using it. And they should also have asked for my permission. When I asked this doctor to call me back, the first sentence he said to me is he has a lawyer ready. What I told him is please return me the money and I am done with you. Never visited him again. Shame on him!
