Dr. William James Mcclure, MD

Dr. McClure is a compassionate and thoughtful surgeon. He takes his time to explain the pros and cons of any procedure he performs. I think when you're considering a Dr it's important to remember no surgeon is working with an empty canvass.

He's a horrible doc that lied about the kind of implants and any risks. . I woke up twice during surgery and felt intense pain and tugging and slicing . He told me at post op he gave me a local. I was horrified and he also didn't apologize for his incompetence. I got really sick from having these toxic bags inside of me and the silicone Ruptured and gooey mess laying on my chest wall . Implanted in 2009 Explanted 206. . Zero stars.

Dr McClure performed several procedures on me. I went in for a consultation for a tummy tuck. I left the office, scheduled for several procedures to include breast lift and augmentation.. The surgery turned out terrible to say the least. I was appalled when I found out his office assistant did the suturing on one of my breast while Dr McClure suture the other breast. I found out by accident when the back office assistance asked to look at her handy work She was not a registered nurse or had any license at all. When I questioned Dr McClure about this he informed me this was a common practice to save time. I paid A great deal of money for HIS professional services. Many of the sutures on my breast and stomach opened up. I have LARGE scares and many tears about this procedure. I think Dr McClure is a good doctor but made several bad decisions using back office staff to not just assist him but to help perform the surgery. Also too many procedures done at once. I hope he has changed his… practice after what he put me through.
