Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:I watched the doctors and nurses who cared for my father when he had open heart surgery and was inspired to pursue a career in medicine. I also have a strong desire to help others and contribute to my community.What I want my patients to know about me:I will always listen to you and your concerns and we will be partners in your care.What I do when I'm not seeing patients:I spend as much time as possible with my wife and son, who is 3. We live in a farm house built in 1888 on an acre of land and I enjoy working on our house, yard, and pool. I also enjoy playing guitar, going to rock and country concerts, and seeing stand up comedians.
