My experience there was professional and very attentive to my needs. The surgey went perfect and the follow up visits were on time and everything was covered and explained fully. His staff is the best and always there to help. If you need dental surgery this should be your 1st place to visit.

Had a tooth that was driving me insane and I needed help fast. They got me in next day and had me done in no time. The Doctor is wonderful and the entire staff are just amazing. Great service and follow through. 100 percent recommend them.

After this so called oral surgeon removed my teeth, I was hospitalized for over a week losing almost 40 lbs. It took over a year to recover - at which time I was to receive dental implants... after taking over $10,000 CASH now he refuses to do the surgery.... My new surgeon finds that not only has the integrity of my jawbone been desecrated by the inept skills or lack of by Dr. McKenzie but also the cadaver bone implanted over a year ago is nothing but "mush" in a given area. Also agree with previous review that my records also were altered. Perhaps time to consult with ADA.

My total experience, treatment, surgery, and post operative results from Dr. William McKenzie, Jr. DMD and his team staff: Jennifer, wife, Penny, and Robin shows extremely poor-spirited work, lacking help for needed answers, and concerns to gum surgery, and screamingly, unfortunate, permanent badly-damaged results to my gums and mouth. I originally went to his office to receive a promised good regular teeth cleaning with his hygienist. To my amazement during his required exam he sighted much work to be done on my gums/mouth without prior referral from another dentist. Dr. McKenzie contacted my previous dentist with a letter without having a signed release to do so, and or to speak to them. In my opinion and experience with Dr. McKenzie, Jr., DMD and his staff, I have learned they are not honest individuals, and can not be trusted. Be cautious for any work, he recommends. Dr. McKenzie, Jr. DMD treatment file notes about me, along with surgery, and post operative results all appear… to be written in falsehoods. I am very unhappy with their services, and with what I read in my file. Everything that I tried to say to them was taken out of contents. It appears that all they focus on is to criticize, and pass negative judgments upon you, and will not stick to being professional individuals. This office lied to me about a promised teeth cleaning to my teeth during gum/mouth surgery, just so they could take over $1600.00 from me for gum surgery. I am a retired senior citizen, and do not have much money to live with, along with be taken advantage of by Dr. McKenzie and his staff. If you, so, desire, hire him at your own risk!
