Dr. William Avery Mix, MD

In addition to numerous people I know complaining that this doctor falls asleep during their visit with him, misdiagnosing friends b/c of simply neglecting to do simple diagnostic tests, he misdiagnosed my daughter and failed to show up to a shift that again affected my sick little girl. It is beyond me how this man still has patients and his medical license.

I have used Dr. Mix as my primary care doctor for about 25 years and find him to be very good.

Often I've driven twenty minutes to pick up a prescription to find out that the phone operator never wrote down my info when I called to order it. On a few occasions this has happened twice over the same prescription, taking over a week to finally get the script. But Dr. Mix is a high quality doctor, I just wish the staff had their act together
