Dr. William Kehne Moeller, MD

He is friendly, down to earth, compassionate and a very caring Dr. Very personable, pats you on the hand or shoulder and always reassures you everything is going to be OK.

Dr. Moeller has impeccable bedside manners and takes the time to explain, in laymens terms, what it "ALL" means. His expertise was beyond helpful and I finally got answers to my problems, unlike other experiences elsewhere. Dr. Moeller does his own injections, unlike the past providers I have been to, where I only saw the Ortho Doc's PA or MA. If I am going to see an Orthopedic Dr, I want the Ortho Doc to do my injection, NOT A Physicians Assistant! Professional, Caring, Amazing experience. Professional staff and environment. He will be my entire family's Ortho Doc from now on. What a difference when someone takes the time to explain the diagnosis, and what it can do for your peace of mind. Kudos! One of the greats!

The wait time was well worth it. Phenomenal doctor, treatment was thorough and informative.

I had a beef with this physician after surgery and posted a review earlier with the same name. I felt like I should follow up as I decided to stick with Dr. Moeller and while the issues surrounding my last review still had a few unanswered questions I am very glad that I did follow up and remain a patient. The medication issue was largely resolved in a positive manner and he has been more than accommodating over the last several weeks post op. I am returning to the OR for a small procedure to address a post op injury that was my fault and he and his staff have been more than professional the last several weeks. A reminder that it is sometimes to easy to throw a comment regarding a professional service before looking at every option to resolve it. Anyway, back in the OR on Tuesday and I have complete confidence the issue will be addressed more than professionally.

I have had two surgical procedures by this physician in the past year and truthfully most of my experience has been nothing but positive. Seems like a straight to the point guy (like myself) that has a fairly good manner. Strangely enough I have had a reaction to a common OTC medication that is often found in pain medications. I notified this physician of that when I had my first surgical procedure, not only in my pre-op appointment (twice) but after surgery the first time and once again in my pre-op appointment. I really did not care what other type of medication was used but I did not want acetaminophen in any form because I have documented with my family Doc that it elevates my liver function tests (aka damages) I also said I wanted no NSAID due to the overuse from my previous injury & surgery that left me with a good bit of stomach discomfort. Apparently that is a "no-no" and I was prescribed and given oxycodone and acetaminophen after surgery late on a Friday afternoon. Of course,… I wanted nothing to do with it and was essentially stuck until Monday morning and when I called his office after being awake and in pain for two days I got nothing but attitude from his office staff whom could not grasp the reason I wanted no OTC post-op medicine along with the standard pain drugs. Instead I had to call a physician friend whom has known me for 15 years and get a prescription for "just the pain medicine" and put the stuff he prescribed in my medical kit for emergencies. I have not had the opportunity to discuss this rather bizarre incident with this Dr. Moeller and don't think at this point there is real reason to even waste my time, he completely lost my trust. In essence I was given a medication he knew was toxic to my liver, by no choice of my own, in the recovery room and then stuck over the weekend with no other relief after rotator cuff surgery. There is just nothing to say to someone that would be so arrogant not to ask to speak with my Dr. that recommended me never taking that medicine again ... pretty dangerous and intrusive IMO not to take an informed patients word or AT LEAST verify what he says with his family doctor or even a family member of mine that is also an MD. Completely unsatisfactory and unprofessional.

X-rays only. Felt knee and told 15 yr old (then 16), daughter she was fine on both visits 1 yr apart. First went in for what acted like a torn cartilage. He said she's fine and told her to "take care of it" through exercise. She missed competition cheer and track due to ongoing knee issue for entire year. She "rehabed", and said her knee just did not feel right still and hurt. She went back to comp cheer and during a landing her knee went completely out. I knew something was wrong just moving her around. Bad wrong. Went back to Doctor Moeller, told him I think she "blew her knee out" and he took x-rays only, again, and said same thing, "She's fine", we were over reacting and over worrying and that she would have more bruising if there was trauma. Well not if the majority of trauma is old! He ordered rehab "next door". Rehab therapist denied service and told her to go back to doctor cause he was wrong and she had something seriously wrong with her knee. Went to another well respected… Orthopedist and did not tell him anything. He checked her out and told us she had serious issues, sports ending type serious. Got MRI ASAP (24hrs) and she had competely split her cartilage and ripped her ACL 100% off at the bone. She has now had reconstructive surgery and spent 6 months in rebuilding but says her knee now feels like a million bucks compared to what it has in 3 years. Still getting a bill for his appointment despite tewlling his staff what happened. $400 for 5 minute appointment.

Awesome experience. Awesome bedside manners. Ask all the Doctors who they send their wives and mothers to...? Dr Moeller... need I say more. One of the Great ones left! 14 years a patient, along with my entire family. Cant say enough.
