If I could give a 0 I would! I'm a licensed medical professional, from a family of doctors and nurses. I went to him at the recommendation of a friend. He won't look you in the eye, he wouldn't look at my medical records I had brought with me. He told me I needed to lose weight and go to physical therapy. He asked me where my pain was, I told him everywhere. He said he wouldn't treat everywhere. I was in a horrible rollerover accident. I don't take pain medication, I've been suffering for several years trying to get a knowledgeable doctor to help me. Well trust me, Dr. Moore isn't the one you want. The office doesn't call you back. Thank God at the recommendation of a previous PCP, I found a wonderful physician that has already begun treating me. He was able to pinpoint the area of my pain, acknowledged that he knew why I was in pain and I will do a couple more injections. Hopefully eradicating my pain forever. All drug and physical therapy free!! Go with your gut. If you're not being… heard by a doctor, fire them. You know your body better than anyone! Thank God, I have a degree and a family full of licensed medical professionals!

He was very kind when I visited him this past week. He not only made sure he understood what was going on with my back but he made sure I did as well. He is definitely professional.

Lets start with the office, never calls back. My mom's problem still continues after surgery. Don't recommend.

Miserable staff, only voicemail EVER. and WILL NOT EVER return calls no matter how many messages you leave and for what. I tried to make my last appointment with Dr Moore just to tell him I was leaving and why and when the staff asked me why I was scheduling the appointment they would not allow me to. They wouldn't let me speak to the office manager either. My wife then tried the next day only to find out that they had decided to terminate me. Lol Can't terminate patient care on someone that already left care for someone else with a BETTER STAFF. DOCTOR GOOD.....STAFF BAD!!!

I absolutely love the doctor but I have NEVER EVER dealt with a worse staff in my life....in a whole month I STILL can't get ANYONE in this office to so much as return my calls. They WILL NOT under any circumstances answer their phones!!! Doesn't matter if the doctor is the best in the world if you have NO access to him whatsoever. They were supposed to schedule a Rhizotomy a month ago and never have...since then my insurance has changed but CANNOT BE speak to anyone to get changed so they can at least get the right approval. They won't even allow me to speak to the doctor or office manager to complain either knowing I will be making a complaint about them.i WILL be filing a complaint with the medical board since this seams to be my ONLY resort to get anywhere!!

I was referred to “doctor” moore for a fractured back. He had mri results to prove it. I was given a two week supply of prescription tylenol and had an injection procedure scheduled a month later. Sixteen days later my pharmacy requested a refill of the pain meds. A day after that, on a Friday, I called his office and said I didn’t want to go through the weekend without pain relief. I was told he’d be given the message. He never took care of it. My injection is scheduled for this coming Tuesday. I’m going to take great delight in calling his office Monday morning to cancel it and find a responsive and caring pain mgt dictor.

Brother went NC dr. Moore Papa staph really push him off. He's going in because he has proems with knee ( knee cap floats) he did not want to come off as a seeker do he told Dr how much pain he was in. This had been a full month and half from last visit. Dr. Offered to give him procedure shots in knee which they bill out but for... But no pain meds.. so as we were walking out brother asked if I thought that was right. I said no. He walked back in asked to talk to Dr about pain meds switch the nurse instantly said we are going to test u for drugs to see what's in system now.... Not the Dr. The Nurse...god forbid she have to do something.They are all about there procedures but when it comes to your comfort go somewhere? else. I was just the ride. I have pain management. My Dr would have never shruged me off.

I saw Paul and was in severe, severe pain in my rt shoulder, scapula. I had sat way to long at my computer. I knew I needed a trigger point injection. Paul was very very kind. He explained all risks and benefits and agreed I needed Trigger point injec. That was a week ago and I got immediate pain relief and still pain free. Thanks Paul I feel like a human again. Very professional and compassionate

The number one, worst, most disrespectful doctor and office I have ever dealt with in my 58 years!! no one EVER gets back to me!! It's impossible to reach anyone EVER!! I highly recommend you find another physician

I've been with Dr. Moore since his practice began and am grateful for his compassion and care. Wouldn't think of going to anyone else.
