Dr. William B Moorkamp, DDS

Dr. Moorkamp has been in dentistry for his whole life as he is a second generation dentist. A graduate of University of Missouri Columbia with a degree in Psychology and a DDS degree from University of Missouri
Kansas City in 1984. He established a solo private practice that continues today in Rolla. Having spent 20+ years in a rural outstate practice he believes that patients are entitled to the best dental care regardless
of geographic location.
By respecting patients' time and listening to individual concerns he has helped many patients get healthier and achieve more esthetic results. He has a firm belief that preventative and restorative dentistry can
allow patients to keep their teeth for a lifetime. He has actively pursued continuing dental education opportunities since arriving in Rolla. Dr. Moorkamp routinely participates in over 3 times the minimum for continuing education hours required by the state of Missouri. With over 1500 hours of Continuing Education he has completed …the Dawson series of post doctoral courses in restorative dentistry as well as the Pankey Institute continuum. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Assoctiation, Academy of General Dentistry and is a fellow of the American College of Dentists. He is involved in 3 professional study groups, both regionally and nationally and is also an active teaching mentor with the Pankey Institute. Dr. Moorkamp is certified provider for "Invisible Othodontics" with Clear Correct.
Dr. Moorkamp has been married to Carol for 26 years and they have three children. The family enjoys the many outdoor features of the Ozarks including canoeing, boating, hiking, and camping when they aren't following the kids in their activities. In Rolla he continues to be on a number of volunteer boards in the community and has been a member and past President of the Noon Kiwanis club since 1985.
