Dr. Mortensen Recomended The Plasma Pen for Upper Lip and Under Lip-Entire Smile Area. When I Went it to Explain that I Didn't see a Difference, I was Told to Wait a Few more Weeks. It's been 3 Months and my Face Looks the same, All the Lines are Still Noticabilty There. I had asked for a Refund, and was told by Billing (Carol) They Don't give Refunds. Even Though I Signed a Standard Form 3 Pages Long, One stating no Guarantee, or Refunds. Dr. Mortensen Had Told me I would be a good Candidate for this Procedure. I would see a Softing of Lines, Former Skin Etc. That Visit (Procedure) was a WASTE of my TIME and MONEY.

I highly recommend this office. I was so hesitant about spending money on cosmetic fillers but as a ranch girl, outside for the last 20 years, I knew i had to change what i was doing and hoping to fix a little bit of the damage. The office is beyond beautiful, and as you enter, there are 3 truely quality smiling and lovely receptionists, in which cosmetic appointments waiting is separated from medical. I had completely missed my first appointment , had not called in to cancel, they were not only forgiving, but i requested to please be able to get in, ASAP, and they had one opening early the following day, or long wait, so i got in that quick! My drive being 60+miles round trip, I asked if I would be able to have the counceling appointment and treatment the same day, and would follow all pre appointment instructions. Amanda , educated, caring listens, works with you and what your budget is , is not only beautiful but knows just what you need and explains so… well. Both Amanda & receptionists are truely beautiful , professional, caring clean and wonderful. Now 6 days later, wow, the Restylane injections look beyond wonderful, natural, and beyond what i expected, ever! I from now on am going to wear a hat, all the time, and sunscreen, but my self esteem boosted to motivate me. Thank you so office of Dr. Mortensen.
