Dr. William Munn has been in private practice for over twenty years with an emphasis on excellent quality and care. Â Growing up in Henrico Country, Dr. Munn developed a love for the outdoors especially fishing. Â After graduating from Hampden-Sydney College with honors, Dr. Munn went to MCV-VCU School of Dentistry. Â Upon graduating with honors he set up in private practice and taught part-time at the dental school.
Dr. Munn is a past president of the Virginia Academy of Dentistry, a member of the Virginia Dental Association, and a Paul Harris Fellow in Rotary. Â
Dr. Munn would like to personally invite you to visit Southside Dental Associates, where we work hard to maintain the high quality of care that was started by the original owner Dr. Darrell Rice. Â Come by for a visit!
Dr. Gerald comes from a family of dentistry and is a graduate of the VCU School of Dentistry. Â He chose to associate with Dr. Munn because of the wonderful set …up at Southside Dental with their ethical focus on quality dentistry and having the opportunity to stay in the Central Virginia area that he loves so much.

First time with this DDS, took me in on scheduled time and fix the cavity, was out and on my way 20mn later.

Dr. William Munn and his staff are wonderful!! I have a lot of issues with my teeth and they are so gentle and nice. They are truly a great staff and Dr. Munn is awesome!

This office and Dr.Munn have been serving our area for almost 30 years. He is a great dentist with a caring staff that makes you feel more like a family than just another person.

I have a lot of anxiety in regards to dental visits. Dr. Munn and his staff made sure I was comfortable and stress free. They made the appointment pleasant as opposed to being terrifying. They are caring and very helpful!

I’ve have been going to Dr Munn for many years and he has always been great! He is very gentle and always explains thoroughly what is going on. His staff is friendly, courteous and always asks about my family. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

There’s no question that Dr. Munn is the best dentist in the Central VA area. He is so patient and attentive to all of my concerns and needs. I love the entire staff and everyone is always super friendly! I could not recommend him more and will be seeing him for years to come!

Been going here for years and never had a bad experience the staff is always welcoming. Dr.Munn is the top dentist in the area now my wife and her family go. I don’t have dental insurance and In my opinion it’s definitely affordable. There are some people who are scared of the dentist because it can be painful sometimes but with Dr.Munn there is no pain it’s like he never even touched you but still correct whatever I had going on I will never change as long as he is around he is the best there is no other way to put it. Give him a try I guarantee you will love his work.

Dr. Munn is a great dentist. He and his staff work together to make your dental experience a great one. From the front to the dental chair was awesome. My family and I won't go anywhere else. Thanks guys for our GREAT EXPERIENCE!
