Dr. William Stuart Musser, MD

This doctor and his staff are abrupt and borderline snarky and disrespectful. It feels very much as if you are a bpther and that ge merely tolerates his patients. Just not good.

I found Dr. Musser to be very knowledgeable and patient. Explained treatment several times and let me choose the treatment options. He researched some things for me and set up the treatment quickly

This doctor is just too abrupt. He doesn't share what he has learned about my progress or condition. The whole purpose of a visit is to get some information about what the doctor thinks about your problem and what the prescribed medicines can do. Communication is one-sided and poor!

Pill pusher with very little interest in your life's story. Not interested in experiences or specific events, just hands out meds. Not terribly friendly or interesting; visits with him last about 15 minutes! Does not respect privacy or make you feel valued.

Caring, excellent listener, great follow-up, appointments never feel rushed, respectful of patient input and background. We are lucky to have him in Pittsburgh!
