Dr. William A Myers II, DDS

Failed to review any supporting notes before scheduled surgery so when he proceeded to start my visit, announced to me that he couldn't do anything. One minute of his time to review the notes before the surgery would have saved me time off work and him future business. The unprofessional attitude from him and his staff when I questioned what other information he would need before the next visit told me I would no longer visit him.

The staff at Mongeneral were extremely gentle , friendly and really made me feel comfortable. Which didn't last long, Dr Meyers arrived 2 hours late and was extremely rude, argumentative and arrogant. He talked over top of me and didn't listen to my concerns. I figured maybe he was just having a bad day. I was wrong, he is only nice in his office so he gets your business, same with his staff. He told me not to worry he would prescribe medication after surgery so I wasn't in unbearable pain. He is a liar. I woke up after surgery and he was no where to be found. I was told go home and take acetaminophen and ibuprofen. I had 4 teeth cut out and was in horrible pain. I was told I could call the office any time if I was in to much pain or had any questions. I did call, and was screamed at by a lady named Jackie. She yelled "WE AREN'T PRESCRIBING ANY MEDICINE take acetaminophen and ibuprofen and ice your face". She wouldn't allow me to speak and continued to repeat herself. I… have never met any doctor/dentist ext that treated patients this way. I can't allow another patient to go through what I did, this will be reported!!

Dr.Myers and staff are kind, He was very patient with me...overall visits have been great ??

I have never in my life had to deal with such rude, unprofessional people in my life! How are they still in business? The office staff is completely clueless as to how the process of a MPOA works. They gave me every excuse you can imagine as to why a simple except consent could not be signed the way it is LEGALLY accepted. Meanwhile, my elderly relative remains in pain. There could not possibly any more incompetent office staff on the planet. Myer himself is gruff and also rude. Everyone in the office appears to be terrified of this bully. Go elsewhere people. Don't let anyone treat you like this. Shame on the dentist and his miserable staff. I can't even fathom how horrible it must be to work there.

It costs nothing to be kind! Very unprofessional. Blurts our devistating news that can make you wanna drop to your knees like it’s candy. No compassion!!! This to me means no morals.

Horrible experience. Went in to get 2 wisdom teeth pulled and the lady at the front desk wasn't very friendly. Dr. Myers does NOT stay in the room after you have your mouth numbed. I was numbed and left. Then when it came to getting my teeth taken out he was very rough with both of them to the point that he was shaking my head back and forth. He said he was only going to do 2 because I was fighting him which I wasn't. After the procedure even with the meds I was still in terrible pain for days. My mom got more teeth pulled at another dentist and she drove herself home but I couldn't even feed myself.

My husband seen Dr. Myers to have a tooth pulled. Dr. Myers stayed in the room and did not leave my husband while he was numbing which was great bc most dentists inject you then leave. When he went to check my husband to see if her was numb he pulled the tooth right out and my husband didn't even know it! I then went to him to get all my wisdom teeth pulled. I was really nervous bc I had a bad experiance at the cheat lake office where The HIGHLY recommended dentist there drilled my lip in half! Dr. Myers was very understanding and asked me through the hole procedure how I was doing, if I needed a break and if I was feeling any pain since I used Laughing gas. I had 3 pulled one was inpacted and one had 6 roots! He did a great job and I never had any problems after the procedure. I would go back to him anytime!

Myers was very friendly, but there is one lady in the office that runs the show. The others stay out of her way. She is not pleasant to talk....she thinks she better than you and you are wasting her time.

Horrible experience, extremely unprofessional, they will tell you one thing then when you show up for surgery tell you the opposite, I called and attempted to talk with them and they hung up on me repeatedly. Don't let them prey on your college kids, put them out of business.
