Dr. William L. Nickel is Board Certified in the specialty of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and has been in practice for over 25 years. Dr. Nickel graduated from Northwestern University and received his dental degree at Loyola University of Dentistry. He earned his certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.

Dr. Nickel is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is board certified by the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology and a Fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. He is a member of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology and a Past President of the Chicago Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Dr. Nickel is currently a part-time clinical professor at Loyola University Medical Center. Prior to starting his private practice, he was Director of the four year Oral & …Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program at Tripler Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. He has lectured all over the world on various aspects of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

Excellent care....I can’t say enough about the care not only Dr. Nickle but the entire office staff. Dr. Nickel not only saw me sooner than I expected but took so much time and care with my situation. I can’t thank them enough. I wouldn’t hesitate seeing Dr. Nickel if you’re looking for excellent!

This whole office is out of their minds! Dr. Nickel promised me a lot and did absolutely nothing. I kept going to the office and he wouldn't know why I was there. Couldn't ever get me a treatment plan. He looks like he is on something. The office staff is rude and filled with hysteria. Don't believe anything they tell you. It's all a lie!!!

This Doctor Denist should be banned from practicing no bed side manners and could be a real danger for you to get well Dr Nickels claims to be a Holistic Dentist that’s a lie he’s all about the money and not your well being I was in a dire situation had two tooth back teeth pulled was not healing his office manager is a rotten soul who has no soul rude unprofessional and nether one is equipped to be working on human life I wouldn’t trust them with my dog!! After the two teeth extraction was not healing would call the office manger she would rudely tell me your on a treatment plan were going by your treatment plan mean while wasn’t healing had a fistula with is rare and Dr Nikels new of the Fistula and did zero to help me he wanted to a sinus lift that would of landed me in a hospital I saw three of the Top ear nose and throat specialists in our area and all three said this dentist is off you’ve got a serious problem it’s now nine months I’m just healing had to have sinus surgery… because this infection blew a hole in my sinus thank god I called a friend who is an oral gum doctor he said run from that office there only out for your money and I did I am glad I did I believe this man is not nice nor kind it’s a factory so if you wanna be treated as a junk car then this is the office for you me I ran for my life!!!!!!
