Dr. William E Otero, MD

The MOST INCOMPETENT and UNPROFESSIONAL "support" staff I have ever seen! They tried to make my daughter do my Referral/Authorization for a specialist I was supposed to see instead of doing their job themselves. Either they don't know How to do their job or they are Too Lazy to Do It.

really good doctor, but staff needs to get checked. they def don't know how to follow up with patients... no courtesy call when results come back, no follow-up when you ask for help with prescriptions. def don't think I'll be visiting this doctor again. staff and doctor really make it seem like you aren't worth their time after you leave their office.

i visited this doctor for the first time and was very pleased by the way he provided medical care to my sons. he diagnosed a problem my son has had for a couple years with no difficulty. his bedside manner is knowledgeable and gentle. he was patient and made sure i understood the follow up care for my son. his office staff were professional and pleasant.

Dr. Ortero shouldn't have a medical practice.

Finally, a "good doctor". I don't feel rushed and he gets the results in a timely fashion. His staff is polite and caring.
