I was extremely impressed with the courteous staff and providers. Checking in and out, everyone was very friendly and personable. I found Dr. Outlaw and the nurses to be very attentive and explained things very well. I felt my issues were addressed and I was included in treatment option decisions. I appreciated the personal attention and the fact that I didn't feel Dr. Outlaw or the nurses were rushed.

Dr. Outlaw was treating me while my primary gastroenterologist was on vacation. He saw me while in the hospital and for my follow-up visit. He was well informed and treated me with kindness and respect.

I had a repeat colonoscopy. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful which made my experience quite easy.

I was terrified about my procedure, however all the nursing staff, and Dr. Outlaw, did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. It was over before I knew it, my recovery time there was pleasant. I was well taken care of, and all my needs were met. I was so relieved to know that everything looked good and I won't need to have the procedure for 10more years. I really liked how they made sure that they walked me out to my car. I would recommend Dr. Outlaw to my family and friends.

Eagle Gastroenterology staff was welcoming and informative. Wait time was very reasonable. Dr. Outlaw is very thorough in explaining medical issues and treatment options. I feel I receive excellent medical care with Eagle.

Consultation regarding results from MRI showing mass on pancreas. Dr. Outlaw was very thorough in his explanation the mass and what the next steps should be. He described the Endoscopic Ultrasound procedure in detail and answered all questions.
