Dr. William Alexander Parker, MD

Every time I come for my injections the nurses are so rude and short with me. Never greet me or introduce themselves to me, nothing. I’ve tried to ask questions only to be ignored. Today, I got there right at 5 and the nurse took the sign in sheet from me and said “Um, no. It’s after 5”. It was exactly 5, that’s besides the point. If she absolutely had to turn me away she should’ve had a more professional manner. I will be going back to my old allergist in Richmond at Reid Hospital because of the unacceptable behavior from this nurse. I work in healthcare and I know the right way to treat a patient.

seemed to be in too big a hurry to explain my condition to me. went in for 6 month checkup and he did not even look at my nose or ask about my symptoms. He ended up costing me a lot of expense in retesting and if he had taken the time to explain my sinus problem to me I could have avoided paying so much. His Staff often makes comments about other staff members in front of patients. went to another allergist who fully explained my sinus and allergy problem to me and was treated well by their staff. Both doctors diagnosis of allergens were the same but their approach and compassion for patients were worlds apart. Goodbye Dr. Parker
