He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Association, the Memphis Dental Society, the American Cleft Lip Palate Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Southern Association of Orthodontists, the Tennessee Association of Orthodontists (past president), the Memphis Association of Orthodontists and Mid-South Interdisciplinary Dento-Facial Study Club. Dr. Parris is a Board Certified Orthodontist in Tennessee and Arkansas.
Dr. Parris is married to Carla McCann and they have two daughters, Sara Elizabeth and Cathleen. He is very active in community affairs including his church and local urban ministries as well as international medical missions. He enjoys fly fishing, running and drawing.
