Awful experience. I Paid for sedation and remained awake and aware during procedure of wisdom teeth extraction. All four were being pulled unable at the time to know how painful the experience was actually going to be I felt a lack of care and attention from not only Dr William Paul, but his staff as well. As I’m laying on the chair nervous and confused as to why I’m aware of happenings the staff is having a conversation about which restaraunts they are planning on trying over the upcoming weekend. I’m having surgery for 30 minutes a practice in which they are removing four of teeth burrowed deep within my skin and these people can’t give me the courtesy and care to give my mouth the attention that it deserves...I felt like a. I’m never instead of an actual human being just get her in as fast as possible and move on as quickly as they can..today at the moment it is 4 am on day 9 and still I wake up with terrible pain on one side of my gum in which he took a chunk of my skin off by… mistake! This injury is located in a area where my wisdom teeth are not located and is obviously a mistake that could have been prevented entirely. The disregard, and insufficiency of care for a patient was disturbing and I will never return to this office again! Absolutely traumatic and I do not recommend what so ever. Disappointed and still in pain!!!

Horrible bedside manner

Very rude, arrogant, uninformative and sarcastic.

Great office staff, but Dr. Paul has a horrendous bedside manner.

Dr. Paul took my husband's wisdom teeth (2 were impacted) out. He got the job done and there were no complications. That's the most important part. However, I was not impressed with his or his staff's bedside manner. Once the procedure was over, it was clear that their main goal was to get us out of the building as fast as possible. I had a lot of questions about his follow-up care. Dr. Paul's reaction when I asked a question was to tell the nurse, "Go over that again," and quickly leave the room. He never came back. The nurse went over things way, way too fast, and seemed annoyed when I tried to ask questions. They told me that everything they were saying was on the sheet they gave me, but it wasn't. Not at all. The post-op instructions were very specific, but most of them were only delivered orally, and they wouldn't give me the time to get them straight.
