Dr. William John Pierce, MD

Office manager is very rude and unprofessional. If you bring up a issue be ready to be degraded and then refuse to fix said issue or bill properly. Stay far away from this office. The dr let’s the office manager get away with her poor treatment of patients

The Doctors are great. The staff ,especially the office manager, are the reasons to stay away. The staff is rude ,they lie and are most unprofessional

i have been a patient for over 18 years. He really cares about his patients and takes the time to talk to you about any concerns. My husband just had open heart surgery and was there for us everyday at the hospital answering any of our concerns. He goes around every morning to see his patients that are in the hospital before he goes to his office. So to the lady that was sitting in the office complaining about him being late....too bad...at least i know if there is a serious situation with a patient of his he will be there for you. Thanks Dr. Pierce for being the caring doctor that you are.

AVOID this doctor's office at all costs! The entire office staff is completely rude and disrespectful. They are notorious for refusing to bill insurance companies despite having all the information at the time of your visit. Instead they will tag your account as "self pay" without your knowledge and then sit on your account balance for YEARS without making ANY attempt to contact you whatsoever. Then, they'll send your account to a collection agency and refuse to provide any proof at all to validate their claim. Do yourself a favor and avoid this office! They are a complete disgrace to the medical field and should all be ashamed of themselves as well as their behavior.

Dr Pierce has been my Dr for 28 yrs. He is compassionate, and listens to the patients needs and concerns. Best Dr in NW Indiana

Doctor is nice and reasonably efficient, but the staff is TERRIBLE. Lazy, Rude,and Beligerent when questioned. Phone calls are rarely answered quickly, even then the girls that answer sound as if you're harassing them by trying to see your Doctor! Had to leave the practice due to the terrible office manager specifically. Heard her gossiping about other patients and mocking the other Doctor that works there. If she can be that rude and gossipy about someone that just left, what does she say about me? After hearing her very rude comments about someone's stench and weight problems I decided to find another doctor instead of feeling uneasy at this one.

Dr. Pierce is awesome, genuine and caring. However, the girls upfront are another story. Patients seem to be interrupting their time.
