Dr. William Harve Pinkley, MD

This was a great office, the staff was courteous and professional. Dr Pinkley was great and seemed genuinely concerned with helping me with my issues. I would recommend everyone to go to the office!

I've been going to Dr. Pinkley for over 7 years. He recently changed offices and is now located off of Paesanos Parkway on 1604. His new facilities are nice, parking is ample and access is easy, no more fighting traffic to get in and out. Dr. Pinkley is very knowledgeable, He listens, he if very interested in his patients and works very hard to ensure he understands what is going on with you and what the possible solutions may be. He is a very genuine person. He is down to earth and very matter of fact. I very much appreciate the level of effort he will go to to ensure you understand your diagnosis, what are the possible causes and treatments. His staff may not exude the greatest amount of professionalism, but they are kind, courteous, friendly and they honestly care. If you are looking for a down-home family doctor that has your best interest at heart and truly works hard to help you be and stay healthy I highly recommend Dr. Pinkley. If you are looking… for glitz and glamour more pretense then keeping it real and a Dr. that sees you as a number then Dr. Pinkley is not your man. In a world full of I could care less doctors that don't have the time to give your the time, Dr. Pinkley is a refreshing glimpse of the past.

After 7 years, I'm done with Pinkley. When I first started going there, they would write scrips for 1 year. Now they require a visit every 6 months?? Bad business practices. Last week my wife had brain surgery. I had to leave Pinkley office to help my wife get back to the hospital. I explained the situation to the front desk. All I needed was a refill of Wellbutrin. It was Friday, so they asked to comeback on Monday. THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME. And as a result, I was without my meds for 3 days! Let me tell you, I felt like like a JUNKY begging for a fix! Never Again

My family has been going to Dr. Pinkley for years. Wait time is great compared to most dr offices. We like that he spends time explaining the diagnosis. He is very thorough. We never feel like just another number. He does not make his patients feel rushed.

I called for a referral to a specialist. The doctor had seen me for this problem twice before. His staff told me I had to come in again eventhough my insurance did not require a 3rd visit to the referring Physician. When I called back again for a second referral I was told it was "a Pain in the butt" to do referrals. Wow ! Sorry you have to do your job. Ironically, it's also a pain in the butt to have sciatica. I'll be finding another Primary Care Physician. By the way, the Doctor himself never looked @ my MRI, he just asked if I was having back pain. I went in twice . . . just for a conversation and a $25.00 charge.

My experience in Dr. Pinkley's office has always been pleasant. The doctor and his staff are always friendly and respectful.The one thing that I like the most about the doctor is that he is always wiling to answer any questions that you may have, not quick to push u out the door. He always offers samples of medications if they are available, and always recommends the cheapest medication, which always helps when you are on a bind.
