Dr. William Loomis Pomeroy III, MD

Dr. Pomeroy is thorough, very attentive and caring, a 5-star Doctor. However, I recently was contacted by staff member to schedule for a yearly examination with contrast with a follow up call for an appointment date. It's been over 9 days...and crickets. Honestly its frustrating when schedulers drop you off their radar. I'm having second thoughts...

I recently went to a new MD. He was young and knew the guidelines front and back. He never smiled. He never realized I was an MD. I never felt he cared. I imagined spending my life seeing him and decided not. Dr. Pomeroy instantly put me at ease, spent time, listened and gave me options. I felt great after the visit. All doctors can not be all things but generally if you are seeing a doctor on an on going basis don't see one you don't feel good with. No matter how smart! They need to separate staff and facility evaluation. MDs don't control this. You guessed it! 5 Stars
