I am 46 years old and recently had a lower face and neck lift with Dr Portuese. Him and his team came highly recommended, and the results were fantastic.

I could not be happier with the results of my rhinoplasty skillfully performed by Dr. Portuese! And this is only 5 days post-surgery, I can't wait to see what I look like a month from now! I first met with Dr. Portuese 10 years ago but delayed the surgery because I felt like I couldn't afford it. I finally could afford it and now kick myself for putting it off. The one thing I didn't like about myself is FINALLY fixed and I can smile for pictures without being self-conscious. Yes, the recovery is uncomfortable but not painful at all. I never took anything stronger than Tylenol. If you are hesitating, just do it! You will not regret it one bit!

Dr. Portuese is able to combine amazing surgical skills with compassionate personal care of his patients. He is able to explain complex surgeries to non-medical individuals like myself, so the patient knows what will occurring during the procedure, and what to expect during recovery. He was able to fix my deviated septum without changing the shape of my nose, which was extremely important. I will always recommend Dr. Portuese, and will return for any future needs.

WHAT an incredible experience. This is something Ive wanted to do for myself for the last 15 years. When I found Dr. Portuese online and saw his work, I knew what he was capable of, but I truly didn't realize just how incredible my results were going to be. I broke my nose in an accident and had trouble breathing out of one side. I am a health care professional and am familiar with the surgeons practicing in the area. I had a major revision rhinoplasty surgery to correct issues from my original rhinoplasty surgery with another surgeon. My original surgery resulted in my looking worse than before the surgery. I selected Dr. Portuese after doing over one year of research. I selected Dr. Portuese to have a consultation because of his extensive knowledge and experience working on facial surgeries, especially rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty surgeries. I was extremely impressed with the consultation. We had a thorough discussion about my original surgery, what I had originally requested, and his recommendations. Dr. Portugese focused on the issue and how to fix it so I could achieve the nose I had originally requested. I left the consultation confident that Dr. Portuese was the correct specialist for my surgery. The entire process was very efficient and effective. All of his staff were very kind, friendly, and supportive. The surgery was done as Dr. Portuese ahd described - and the… surgery was flawless! The result was that my nose has turned out to look like what I had originally requested. I am overjoyed! The lesson learned from my experience is to select a surgeon who has extensive knowledge in "facial" surgeries: Thus, I would have selected Dr. Portuese the first time and have saved myself a lot of pain and heartache.
