Dr. William Henry Raines, DDS

William H. “Bill” Raines, DDS
Dr. Bill Raines joined the practice in August of 2000. Originally
from upstate New York, he was raised in Orange County, California.
He graduated from Los Alamitos High School and Stanford University
prior to receiving his DDS degree from Emory University in 1978.
Dr. Bill Raines also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
After dental school, he joined the United States Air Force and
served for twenty-two years before retiring as a full Colonel in
August of 2000. His assignments included tours in Germany, England,
Florida, Mississippi, and two in California. His final assignment
was as Dental Commander at Vandenberg AFB, north of Santa Barbara.
He enjoys spending time with his wife and family, doing crossword puzzles, golfing, bike riding, cooking and hiking.
