First off, I think so very highly of the staff and medical professionals at SAINT CHARLES A+++ Unfortunately, you have incompetent people working your billing phone lines. The first person could not locate the bill even with the account number. The second person could not articulate what was needed to complete the billing for the insurance provider. I have never found any other medical billing team to be this incompetent. I am curious as to who inputs the patient information into your system. No one else has had problems. Maybe you need to restructure your coep account billing procedures, or at least train them better.

A very likeable chap. Fast, efficient, & thorough. Not overly quick to write a perscription, but took more tme to diagnose problem and find a solution instead of just giving me pills to pop.
