Dr. William Stanley Richards, MD

Dr. William Richards is a pulmonologist with additional expertise in internal medicine and critical care medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. With 36 years of experience in practice, Dr. Richards brings extensive knowledge to treating complex respiratory and critical care conditions. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Richards practices at multiple locations throughout the Memphis and Germantown area and maintains hospital affiliations with Methodist University Hospital, Baptist Memorial Hospital Desoto, Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital, and Methodist Olive Branch Hospital. He specializes in treating respiratory failure and hypertension. His practice includes performing pulmonary function testing and bronchodilator reversibility testing to help diagnose and monitor lung conditions.
