Dr. William Carter Roth

Dr. Roth and his staff were very professional and responsive. I had a root canal earlier in the year by another dentist. In early May my lower jaw swelled up and I was in screaming pain. I was unable to reach my dentist and I remembered a great appt with Dr Roth and his staff from 5 years ago. I knew they had my insurance on file so I called and they were able to get me in immediately and address the issue from the previous dentist. They provided pain relief and antibiotics. Very caring and let me know that I could call 24/7. Usually the dentist chair gives me tremendous neck pain. They provide a pillow and ask me the choice of music I want to hear. The best dental experience I have ever had and I highly recommend Dr. Roth and his staff.

If there is a word worse than horrible for this man and his staff I would use it. Rude, rude, rude, snotty staff both on the phone and in person. Billing process is unbelievable and they have no clue how insurance companies work or what their procedures cost. Unprofessional receptionist who gets into a prolonged argument with a spouse on the phone where everyone can hear. Called to ask about billing questions and was spoken to like I was a 4 year old and they were explaining how to color inside the lines. The procedure was supposed to take 45 minutes and took 2.5 hours, the staff complained the whole time about how late it was getting and how they wanted to come in late the next morning because they had to stay so late. Doctor got extremely defensive when asked questions about what he was doing any complications that arose. At the end of the appointment they said I could see myself out and left me standing in the room aloneâ?¦.I asked if I should have a follow up appointment… and they told me to just call in 6 months. Find another provider who has a staff that cares and a doctor who will take the time to explain the process, not some cold, distant robot who is just going through the motions
