Office was a construction zone, unsafe and not clean, sad that people have procedures done there. Office people were rude, and Unaccommodating to my request to have a support person present durring appointment due to past trama and anxiety , denied me my appointment. I would never recommend this Dr. or office to anyone

My Urologist referred me to Dr R for difficulties that have gotten worse following multiple pelvic surgeries. His office had me mail Medical Records in advance, which he had reviewed before we met. His questions were direct, on point, & his recommendations helpful. He answered my questions, making sure I understood the changes I am supposed to make.

I have been going to Dr Rowe for about 2 years and have had several procedures. Dr. Rowe and his staff are very professional and caring. He was formerly the head of gastroenterology at Hershey Medical Center.Appointments are easy to get. They have the facilities to do upper and lower GIs right on the premise. It is much easier than having to go to the hospital.

The staff for the office visits and procedures are great. They are friendly and helpful. However I it seemed as if dr Rowe never took me serious. After seeing him for 6year with 3 scopes and meds that contradict each other and never any bloodwork. I finally left and found a dr who figured out my problems within 4 months and with no scopes just bloodwork. I can't tell you how much better I feel being treated for the problem and not just a guess. Maybe his partner is better.

Dr Rowe. his staff that he has works with beyond the front desk were so very, very nice. I can say enough about how very nice they were. I had a problem with the girl (dark hair) at the front desk, She was very unprofessional and also the follow up call was two days after the procedure was done.
