Beware, and forewarned.....DR. SHAY HAS HIS WIFE WORKING FOR HIM ON STAFF. SHE IS RUDE, AND DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH. IF YOU HAVE MEDICARE COVERAGE.....SHE IS EVEN MORE DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH AND MAY DROP YOU AS A PATIENT. WHEN YOU STAND UP FOR YOUR RIGHTS, ARE SLIGHTLY CONFRONTATIONAL, DR. SHAY WILL TELL YOU JUST BE HAPPY.....HIS ANSWER FOR YOUR STRESS OR PROBLEMS IN LIFE, ANTIDEPRESSANTS. AS LONG AS YOU ARE DRINKING THEIR COOL-AID SO TO SPEAK EVERYTHING IS FINE....JUST A HEADS UP, PEOPLE. MY SUGGESTION, SEARCH ELSEWHERE FOR A PHYSICIAN.....

Dr. Shay has been our primary physician for many years. He is everything a physician should be. I have nor have ever had any complaints with him or his office.

Dr Shay takes the time to listen to me, his patient. He is excellent and if you need a referral he gives it. His staff is great! I recommend him to everyone.

Dr Shay's office is awful. He seems ok but his staff is rude and insulting to the patients. I have never been treated as poorly by anyone as I was with Amy from his staff.

Dr Shay's staff is rude and disrespectful. In particular, Amy is very unprofessional and rude. I would not recomend that anyone go to this office unless they wish to be treated poorly. Dr Shay would be smart to fire this woman.
