The office staff is the worst. Maybe the office manager is seriously confused or seriously passive aggressive, but Dana is sneaky and dishonest.

Dr Silver gave me a brow lift more than ten years ago. I wanted a laser treatment to get rid of some lines across the bridge of my nose. A dermatologist was going to do it but I was hesitant. Dr Silver explained that laser treatment would not get rid of the problem. He recommended the brow lift and it did so much for my face. I have gone to him for other things. He is always honest and I find conservative with his procedures which is a good thing. I see have seen so many beautiful women including celebrities who get pulled too tight or who have too many procedures and look plastic. I am now 57 and possibly looking to have my eyes done. I would not trust anyone but Dr Silver. The key to good plastic surgery is that no one can really tell you had it. I do agree about the office staff though. In the past the office manager made me very uncomfortable as well. I think she stayed in his old office. You can't go wrong with Dr Silver.

I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Silver. A staff member named Dana took my information and confirmed the date and time. On the date of the consultation, Dana advised that there was nothing scheduled for me and couldn't find my information. When requesting to speak with the office manager, she advised that she was the manager and proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and she was very off-putting. It shocked me that someone claiming to be an office manager would act this way. We could have gotten past her mistake and inability to schedule if it wasn't for her bad attitude and not taking ownership for the situation. I chose not to reschedule because of that.

Dr. Silver is excellent. He took the time to take images of my face prior to his decision on how to proceed. I think this is important as many doctors will just put you in the chair and start injecting. I’ve been to Dr. Silver before and can say that the results do last. He is friendly and sincere. His assistant Dana is also very nice.

Dr. Silver is by far the most talented and experienced surgeon I’ve ever known. The best choice you can make is choosing Dr. Silver. He will care about you as a patient and a person. Every speaks very highly of him and for good reason! He’s the best.

I'm an African American male that has an extremely wide/ flat nose. I went to Dr. Silver to have the nose reshaped. I wanted it much thinner and with a more defined bridge. After 18 months I have realized that my rhinoplasty is not what I hoped. The nose is still too wide and It is also asymmetrical. My main goal was for people not to look at me and consider me to have a "big" nose, however, people that I met AFTER the surgery still consider me to have a "big wide nose". So it kind of defeated the purpose. Yes the nose was changed, but it just made the problem a little smaller and more lopsided.

He did my rhinoplasty. I told him specifically what I wanted and he did what he wanted anyway, which was not the same thing. Do not go to him unless you want a very thin nose afterwards. He will narrow it just above Michael Jackson proportions. Mine also ended up crooked and uneven and even my family says it was not a good choice. When I brought up my concerns to Dr. Silver, he said I was being too picky. I would steer clear if you are considering him for rhino. I am now trying to find a more competent person to fix the mess he made.
