Dr. William Gilbert Stahl, MD

I’ve had several colonoscopies performed by Dr Stahl. Slept right through them, no problems what so ever. Dr. Stahl has always been polite and I was treated with respect. No complaints other than the prep the night before. Thankful I don’t have colon cancer.

Fourth one but first time with Dr. Stahl and the best one that I had and the doctor and nurse and receptionist were great and friendly and had great care. I would recommend him to anyone

The most arrogant physician I have ever experinced. Completely disrespectful of my wife and I at the most difficult time in our lives. Dismissed our concerns, offered little to no explanation, treated me as though my life meant nothing.

There was nothing memoriable about my experiences, with Dr. Stall. He has preformed endoscopies & colonoscopies on me over the last few years. So what I have to say is from experience with him at least 5 times. I am a very hard I.V. start did he care? NO! Just yelled at the sweet nurses everytime to Hurry Up! Did he ever diagnose me right? NO! Did I continue to have the same symtoms? YES! Did I suffer from his care? YES! Would I ever go to him again? NO! I was so happy when he left MGH only to find out he opened his own office at the medicial center.

Had a recent Colonoscopy and EGD at Superior Endoscopy Center, better than my previous hospital experiences.

Clearly this Dr is filling a void in the area. He spent all the time I needed to answer questions without making me feel like I was a bother. I just wish I had the opportunity to talk with him prior to the procedure although I felt very comfortable with his screening staff.

Always gives differential diagnoses, explaining all the possibilities - therefore, never gives the "wrong" diagnosis, only probabilities. Treats according to evidence based medicine, national and regional standards, and expert opinion - all delivered with a sense of humor and utmost respect.

Misdiagnosed my mother which ultimately caused her death. Then covered up his negligence to cover his own behind. I don't know how he goes about his daily life not thinking twice about the wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother he took away. I would think twice before trusting your life to this man.
