Dr. William David Stanley, MD

I find Dr. William Stanley to be a Very Good, Competent Doctor. Extremely pleasant, takes this time w/ you. BUT....because of the office staff, I found it necessay to seek another Dr. This is by far the worst office I have encounterd in my 70 yrs. Difficult to even get thru on the phone to make an appt. Don't answer, or on Hold a very long time IF you can get them. I have had to go up to the ofc to make an appt. Meds refills faxed (there request) from the Pharmacist, if you get your meds in the next 2/3 days you are in Luck, Again you probably have to go get a script from the ofc, and I'm talking about a refill. When you are there you can see the confusion, listen to the phone ringing; and we are talking about a good amount of people who don't seem to know WHAT they are doing. Many patients have complained about the phone situation, I even spoke to Dr. Stanley not gotten any better
