Dr. Sterba is a very thorough doctor. He is precise and I appreciate this characteristic. He also is very kind and considerate. He cares about his patients. Not every doctor has that concern for his/her patients. Thank you Doctor Sterba. I will be seeing you next year for my other knee replacement. The robotics was great. Precision is so important. You not only have the doctor's knowledge but also the doctor's accuracy with the robot.

Dr Sterba was sincere, kind and helped me understand what was happening with my knees and what proactive steps I need to take to improve the situation pre-knee replacement. I would highly recommend Dr. Sterba.

I had to have both knees replaced last year. Left in September and right in December. Dr Sterba is amazing. I was walking without a cane or walker in no time and now almost a year later have no limp or hint of bad knees. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sterba!

My Rotator Cuff surgery went smoothly. I have regained 100% range of motion with minimal theraphy. If you can call surgery a pleasant experience, it was.

Total left hip replacement , in home care provided , going on 3 months on the new hip and it feels great !

Communication is completely nonexistent except for his MA or assistant. Seems to only be able to diagnose the very very very obvious and nothing deeper if you have serious issues that are more than just take this out or so this back together you were literally putting your livelihood in your own hands.

Dr. Sterba did my Total Hip Replacement Surgery and I am doing Fantastic! No pain, only one night in the Hospital & the entire staff at CDH was.great! Dr. Sterba is an Excellent Surgeon!

Dr Sterba is the best. He really cares about his patients and takes time to talk with them. His staff is also extremely friendly and compassionate.

I would highly recommend Dr. Sterba for anyone who requires a full hip replacement, as I did! Most excellent in every single way and highly professional in every thing he did! Plus the newest hip replacement surgery with less invasive technique and able to walk within 2 hours of surgery, no pain and back to nearly totally normal within 3 weeks after physical therapy. It has been a joy having Dr. Sterba as my surgeon!
